Zhen Li is a scientist in Infocomm Security Department (ICS) in Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R) in Singapore. His doctoral work in Information Engineering at Nanyang Technological University of Singapore focused on statistical learning and pattern recognition from 2008, and he completed his course of statistical theory and data mining inSingapore-MIT alliance with full mark in 2010. Zhen Li has more than 40 research publications with h-index of 10, in various areas such as signal processing and cryptography. Zhen Li was an invited lecturer in Study Group Workshop in the University of Tokyo in 2013. His current research aims to attack symmetric ciphers in real-world from the perspective of statistical analysis, and to implement ultra-fast software systems.
